Invoices are sent by email and are payable within 30 days – by bank transfer.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours (2 business days) in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged at the full session rate.

I am bound by professional confidentiality and treat our work together with the utmost discretion. Your information will never be shared with third parties without your explicit written consent. I process all client data in strict accordance with Swiss data protection laws and proudly uphold the SGfB Code of Ethics from the Swiss Association for Counselling.

Psychological counselling is generally not covered by health insurance. My services are aimed at self-funding clients.
